Hi John!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Yes, once you have entered one of the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks with your ticket, you are welcome to leave and reenter the same theme park as many times as you would like during the day. I often recommend taking a little break from the parks during the middle of the day to return to your resort for a nap or a swim. This can also be a way to expand your dining options. During a day at the Magic Kingdom, you could spend several morning hours experiencing some of the park's most popular attractions, then walk to Disney’s Contemporary Resort for a late breakfast at
Chef Mickey’s, then return to the park in the afternoon. My family loves
‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and will often plan a dinner there on a day we visit the Magic Kingdom. Escape the hustle and bustle of the park with a quick Monorail ride to dinner. Then we return to the park after dinner for
Happily Ever After, the evening fireworks spectacular!
The only little condition on this is that you can only reenter if the park is not at capacity. I say this because in case you were visiting on a very busy day, like Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve, the theme parks can hit maximum capacity, and in those rare situations, you may not be allowed to reenter. If you wanted to visit a different theme park on the same day, you would need a ticket with the
Park Hopper Option added. With this ticket add-on, you could leave and reenter any of the theme parks, even all four, on a single day!
I hope this helps with your planning, John. If you have any additional questions, we are here to help!
