We leave for Disney in two days. We don't have reservations for Chef Mickey's but would like to have breakfast there. I know that people don't always show up for their reservations. Is it worth the effort to stop in and see if we can get a table? Thanks

Robin, it never hurts to try.  I would also recommend calling 407-WDW-DINE everyday to see if anything has opened up. I will tell you, I have had luck before walking up and I have been turned away.  But as the old saying goes, try, try try.  You just might get lucky as I did one day when I missed making reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table.  We walked up bright and early one morning, and yes we really got in on a cancelation.  Best of luck, I hope it works out and that you have a magical vacation.
