    Can you leave the Carousel of Progress during the show if needed?

    Hi Tammy!

    Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress is a classic and one of my must-see attractions whenever I visit Magic Kingdom Park!  Did you know that it was one of the many attractions that Walt Disney himself created?

    Because the ride rotates about every five minutes, for your safety and the safety of all those around you, Cast Members will request that you remain seated for the duration of the show, which lasts about 21 minutes.  Of course, if there is an emergency, there will be emergency exits available for you to use.  

    If you are concerned about needing to leave during the show, make sure to talk to a Cast Member before entering the attraction.  They will be able to help you make the decision that is best for you!  I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
