Hi Philippe,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question to us about your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Sounds like you had a few scares along the way in your planning. I’m sorry it has been complicated. I'm glad you could get all of your
Theme Park Reservations made. You will be having a spooky good time soon!
Philippe,
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is an extremely popular event that requires a special separate ticket. It often sells out well in advance. While tickets may be released before the party date, it is rather rare. I suggest that you continue checking the Walt Disney World website in case more tickets are released.
Once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, I suggest that you be prepared to be flexible on which date you would like to attend so that if tickets become available you will be able to change your plans. If tickets are available on a particular day, you will see signage at the park entry notifying Guests that tickets can be purchased, so keep your eyes open. I also suggest that you ask the Front Desk Cast Members at your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel if tickets have been released. They will be happy to check for you.
If you are unable to attend the party, never fear! You can still enjoy many of the Halloween treats! The
Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Halloween Treats throughout Walt Disney World Resort shares many of my favorites. At any time of your visit to
Magic Kingdom Park, you will still see frightfully fun decorations and you can purchase many of the Halloween merchandise offerings.
Philippe, I wish I had Madame Leota’s crystal ball to tell you if more tickets will become available, but I know that you will have a spell-binding vacation. In the meantime, if you would like more tips on how to make the most of your vacation, please let us know.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
