    We our going to Le Cellier for the 1st time Is it possible to have them substitute potatoes for the risootto Thanks

    While I can't guarantee that a switch such as this will be made, my experience at Disney's table service restaurants is that the cast members will make all reasonable attempts to satisfy the guests' food preferences. If an easy switch will make your dining experience better, just ask your server.

    My husband often requests that the side dishes on WDW table service meals be switched. He usually asks if a green vegetable can be substituted for a potato or rice dish. His requests have always been happily accommodated. I think it is quite likely that you will be able to have potatoes given to you in place of risotto.
