Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel Donna!
How exciting that you are planning a Disney Cruise Line vacation! As the countdown begins and you start finalizing your transportation details, it is fun to imagine that moment when you step onboard, hear your name announced - and if you are like me - then head for the ice cream. You don't want to be late for this important date!
The Guest Onboard Time can vary between itineraries. You can find your specific Guest Onboard Time for your sailing on the confirmation of your booking. It is listed under the "Cruise Itinerary" section of the confirmation and will be listed under the "Onboard" column of your embarkation day and port. We always make sure to arrive at least an hour before this onboard time to make sure we have plenty of time to complete registration and board the ship. You don't want to miss the tea party! Guests arriving after the onboard time may be refused boarding, so be sure to leave yourself plenty of time in the event of a delay that puts you behind schedule.
The white rabbit may be always running late, but you can be certain to arrive on time with a little planning. The last airline arrival and corresponding shuttle to get you to the cruise terminal on time depends on your embarkation port. You can review
Ground Transportation Details to find information specific to port and plan your flights accordingly.
As you continue to plan your vacation, be sure to check out the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for a magical countdown (not to mention all the FUNctionality that comes alive once you board your ship!).
Enjoy your trip to a wonderland on the high seas! Bon voyage! Angie
