    The later dinner time on a Disney Cruise would not suit our two children. If that is the time we get, can they eat elsewhere so they don't have to wait? (Either the casual dining options, with the kid's groups, etc.)

    Hi Kristi!
    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I love helping out a fellow Georgia Peach with cruise questions!  I have a few suggestions that may work for your crew!  If you are assigned late seating, you can always try to change to early seating once you board the ship. The dining staff reserves some time the first afternoon onboard to help Guests who are interested in making a change.  Your Personal Navigator, the daily cruise newsletter, will have all the details on the front page. 
    If you stick with late seating, there are other options available for dinner such as the casual dining restaurant onboard.  During the day it serves buffet style, but at night it is open for a sit-down experience from around 6:30-8:30pm.  The counter service restaurants on the pool deck usually close around 6:00pm and open back up around 9:30pm.  If you want to eat in the main dining room, your kids can eat in the Oceaneer Club or Lab.  The dinner times will be listed in your Personal Navigator, but you can plan on around 5:00-5:15 for their dinner. 
    I hope you will plan on experiencing the unique rotational dining during your sailing!  The main dining rooms each have their own extraordinary atmosphere with delicious food selections and phenomenal service! This exclusive dining experience definitely will be one of the highlights of your cruise vacation!
