Heigh-Ho Cindy
What an exciting time as you finalize your itinerary and plans for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacations. And I am happy to help with your curiouser and curiouser transportation inquiry.
The Walt Disney World Resort provides Guests with a variety of complimentary transportation and at times it can be a bit mind-boggling to solve your transportation puzzle. Most Walt Disney World transportation begins running about an hour prior to parks opening and closing, keeping in mind
operating hours change weekly for each Walt Disney World Theme Park. Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collections hotel can confirm transportation operating hours by asking Guest Services or the Front Desk for more specific times. Or Guests can speak to a Cast Member at the specific transportation station they will be using.
But Location! Location! Location! Visiting the Disney Boardwalk actually works in your favor because you can easily walk to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and gain access to your vehicle. This approximate ¾ mile walk takes you alongside the waterways of Crescent Lake as you make your way towards the
Disney Skyliner stop at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which is located right beside the parking lot, which is where your car will be. And between you and me, whenever I stay at Walt Disney World, my preferences are any of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels located in the vicinity of
Disney’s Boardwalk and Crescent Lake because of the convenient strolls to Epcot or Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
