Ahoy there, Kyle,
It's great to see you again at planDisney! It sounds like you are making plans for your last moments aboard
Disney Dream. It is always a bittersweet day when you must disembark, but I'm happy to help you make your morning go as smoothly as possible.
If you want to utilize Express Walk-Off, once the ship arrives at port and is cleared by local authorities, Guests are free to disembark with their luggage. In Fort Lauderdale, Express Walk-Off usually begins around 8:00 a.m. The timing is subject to change based on a variety of factors, so listen for the announcement around 7:30 a.m. with an updated disembarkation time.
Now, let's talk breakfast! You can order
Room Service on the final night of your cruise until 1:30 a.m. (subject to change). You can order continental breakfast items to be delivered. I've ordered a carafe of coffee the night before and the coffee is still warm the next morning! This is a great option if you plan to disembark early.
Another option is heading up to
Cabanas for the buffet breakfast. They usually open at 6:30 a.m. The buffet offerings are not as robust as they are on other mornings of your sailing, but you can still enjoy a good variety of breakfast items.
For breakfast in the dining room, your timing will be based on which seating time you had for
Rotational Dining each evening. If you had the first seating, breakfast is usually served beginning at 6:45 a.m. If you had the second seating, breakfast typically begins at 8:00 a.m. The location for the table service breakfast is the same restaurant where you dined on the last night of your cruise. The menu isn't as expansive as dining room breakfasts are during the rest of your cruise, but there are some great menu items to enjoy. You can also bid a fond farewell to your Rotational Dining service team!
You can check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for up-to-date times for the buffet and table service breakfast offerings. You can also find more information in the app to help you navigate the disembarkation process.
After so many dreamy nights aboard Disney Dream, I would have a difficult time getting used to preparing my meals, making my bed, and planning my own activities and entertainment each day, so enjoy every minute of the legendary Disney service during your cruise, Kyle!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
