Hey there, Melanie!
Thanks for bringing your question to us. It sounds like you are gearing up for a late night of fun and I'm happy to assist.
Complimentary theme park transportation is available between the parks and resorts in the form of monorail, buses, watercraft, and my personal favorite, the
Disney Skyliner. You'll be utilizing
Walt Disney World Bus Service to get you back and forth between
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Magic Kingdom Park.
Buses typically begin running 45 minutes before park opening and run continuously until 1 hour after park closing. Even if you plan to be one of the very last guests on Main Street, U.S.A. you should still be able to travel back to your resort by bus without issue.
Last fall a group of my fellow panelists enjoyed a fantastic dinner at
Tiffins Restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. We exited the park well beyond the hour after closing and made our way to the bus pick-up area. There weren't any buses in sight but a friendly Cast Member contacted the appropriate team and within minutes, a bus was there to transport us. Our driver made drop-offs at a few resorts to ensure everyone made it safely to the appropriate place. You may need to wait for a Cast Member to radio a driver but I've never been stranded at a theme park as a resort guest.
If you find yourself enjoying a nightcap at one of the monorail resorts like
Enchanted Rose at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, you can utilize a
Minnie Van or another third-party ride share to transport you between resorts. Speaking of nightcaps,
Dahlia Lounge on the top floor of the Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs, is another great option. I loved the fireworks views from the outdoor terrace when I stayed there a few years back.
I hope this helps, Melanie. If we can answer any additional questions please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
