Are we too late? We just decided to go to WDW this October, that's right in 2months. I didn't think there would be so much planning needed, let alone reservations for meals shouls have been done long ago. Should I wait or just go for it?

    Hi Leah!
    TOTALLY GO FOR IT!!!
I could end my answer right now, but I'll give you a coupld reasons why.  October happens to be one of the nicest months to visit Walt Disney World.  The crowds levels are much lower, which means the wait times for many of the more popular attractions are a lot less.  You can enjoy cooler weather, as well as the beautiful fall decor that envelopes both theme parks and resort hotels.  You can enjoy Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, which is a separate ticket event occuring on selected nights throughout the months of September and October.
Dining reservations for some of the popular restaurants might be a bit difficult, but there are still plenty of dining option available for you.  It is not unheard of to score a reservation at 'Ohana or Crystal Palace at short notice.  My suggestion to you is once you are secure in your dates, head over to Disney Dining reservations page and begin to plan your dining experiences!
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
