    how late can I cancel a dining reservation at whispering canyon?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Terry!

    When making dining reservations at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, a credit card guarantee is required.  For most dining locations, including Whispering Canyon Cafe, a per person cancellation fee will apply for no-shows or if the reservation is not canceled by 11:59 pm the day prior to the reservation.  Some dining experiences do have a different cancellation policy, which will be noted at the time of booking and on the reservation confirmation email.  Your confirmation email will also state the current cancellation fee.

    If you need to cancel your dining reservation, you may do so online in your My Disney Experience account or on the My Disney Experience mobile app.  You'll find your dining reservations in "My Plans", and you should see the option to cancel the reservation.  You will then receive a cancellation email.
