How late do the boats run between Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge. We have plans at Fort Wilderness that won't be ending until around 10:00pm and we are staying at Wilderness Lodge. We would like to take the boat back

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Debralee! You’re going to have so much fun during your Autumn visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

I took a quick look at the Interactive Parks Calendar and it looks like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom Park will be going on the Friday that you arrive (September 27th). So that means that Disney transportation, including buses, monorail and boat launches, will be running until at least 1:00 a.m., because the Halloween Party ends at midnight.

You will find that complimentary transportation between the resorts and theme parks will run one hour after the theme park closes.

Debralee, keep an eye on the Interactive Parks Calendar for those park closing times for the specific date of your activities at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, for a better idea of when transportation stops running for the night.

You can also use the Minnie Van Service to get you where you need to go, anywhere on the Walt Disney World Resort property during your magical visit.

I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to put those finishing touches on your upcoming visit. Feel free to come back to see us if you have any other planning questions. Helping you with the details of your next visit is our pleasure!
