Walt Disney World Resort vacation last year as planned. I hope she has fully recovered from her illness and can join you on a future trip.
If your mother-in-law’s ticket was wholly unused, you should be able to apply the purchase value of her ticket towards the purchase of a new
theme park ticket of equal or greater value. To apply the credit for her unused ticket, you need to call (407) 560-2428 for assistance from a friendly Cast Member. They are open daily from 7:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST. I suggest you call as soon as they open at 7:00 a.m. or late in the evening for your best shot at a lower wait time.
