Last year I purchased an annual pass when they were offering an extra month for free. It still shows the 12th mo. as the expiration date on my account (although I have gotten notification about extra mo.) If I renew my annual pass which day will it start?

Hi, Kelly! The special offer for Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass purchases that you mention was such a great incentive to become a member of the Disney Passholder family. Who could ever pass up an extra magical month?

I see that you did get notification of the thirteen month period of use, but it concerns me that your Annual Pass shows in My Disney Experience as expiring twelve months from activation. Kelly, I want you to give the Annual Passholder department of Guest Services a call so they can make sure your Annual Pass has the correct expiration date. I would hate for you to have a trip planned during that last month and have trouble using it.

Sometime within 60 days of your Annual Pass expiring, you will receive a renewal notification by mail. This notification will give you instruction on how to renew online, by phone, or in person at Walt Disney World Resort. As long as you complete your renewal no later than 30 days after its expiration, you will be able to make use of that great renewal price and the expiration date will remain the same.

If your Annual Pass is like mine, it is sitting in your pocket just begging to be used all the time! Let us know if you need some help planning its next use. Have a magical day!
