Hi, last year we were going to go ti Orlando, but we had to cancel the trip because the mexican airline commited fraud with our plane tickets and I wanto no know until when I can use my tickets

Hi Isabel and welcome to planDisney! I’m so sorry to hear about your flight trouble, and I’m happy to help you figure out how you can use your theme park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort.

If your tickets have expired or you can no longer see them on your My Disney Experience account, don’t worry, they aren’t lost! You can still use them, but there are a few steps to take to get them back on your account.

Send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and go ahead and assign those tickets to guests in your party. You will have a new expiration date and plenty of time to plan your next vacation!

If you have any other questions about those tickets, you can always call the Resort at  +1 (407) 827-7144  to speak with a Cast Member.

Isabel, I hope I’ve been helpful! If you have any other planning questions, you can always visit us here or at planDisney en Español. ¡Siempre es nuestro placer ayudarte con tus planes!

    ¡Hasta pronto!
