Bienvenido a planDisney. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Guests with planned trips to the
Walt Disney World Resort had to modify their plans, and accommodate for safety procedures instituted throughout the parks and resorts. International Guests who had Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations or theme park plans, were required to cancel their trip, or present with testing that would allow them to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. During this time, many Guests, such as yourself, had tickets in their accounts. Your
theme park tickets may not show up in the system, which may cause issues when trying to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations.
Primarily, I would try to reenter the confirmation number on the
My Disney Experience app or webpage to see if that helps retrieve the tickets. You can also try logging out of your account and clearing 'cookies' which may help reset the website. If you continue to experience issues, you will need to call the
Guest Services ticket line, and a Cast Member will be able to assist you in finding the previous tickets and linking them to your account.
