On our last visit we stayed at the all star sports resort and they only had small mickey waffles on the menu (2 for the kids meal and 3 for the adults menu). Do they have the large ones at Chef Mickey's brunch?

Hey there! Hi there! Ho there, Cynthia! You're as welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel as could be. To me, Mickey-shaped waffles are the quintessential Disney food. Having a big Mickey grin smiling back at you from your plate just makes a morning practically perfect!

I stayed at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts a couple of weeks ago and was so happy to start my day with the mini Mickey-shaped waffles you mentioned. I took a look at the menu for Chef Mickey's Fun Time Buffet, and I see that they do indeed offer the same mini waffles that you enjoyed at your Resort. Most of the buffet dining locations do offer the mini size instead of the giant waffle. However, I have noticed during some visits to Walt Disney World Resort hotels this year that various Resort quick-service and table-service dining locations do have the giant Mickey-shaped waffle, such as Grand Floridian Cafe in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Contempo Cafe in Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Both the mini and giant size Mickey-shaped waffles have tasted quite delicious to me, with their sweet, malty yumminess. I think Roaring Fork quick-service in Disney's Wilderness Lodge takes the yumminess to epic levels with their Bananas Foster Mickey-shaped mini waffles. WOW! They are worth the search!

Menus are always subject to change at any time, Cynthia, but I hope this information does help you locate a delicious breakfast for your family! Please stop by anytime you have a question for us.
