    On our last visit to Disney we ate at the Califonia Grill. They allowed us to have an appetizer instead of desert. Do all the resturants allow this?

    Hi Susan! Just thinking of the California Grill makes my mouth water! The Disney Dining Plan stipulates that there are no substitutions. That being said, there are certain restaurants who will make an exception. But it is just an exception. It never hurts to ask though!
