On our last vacay we bought personalized Mickey ears. One of the plastic ear got bent on out travel home. Can you replace just an ear at Chappeau hat shop in Disney world?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Breanne!

It's so nice to hEAR from you with another great question!  I'm so sorry to hear about your Mickey Mouse Ear Hat.  You'll definitely want both ears to be in tip-top shape during your upcoming visit.

I checked directly with Merchandise Guest Services about your issue and was told that it is not possible to have just one ear repaired.  The only option would be to replace the entire Ear Hat with a new one.  If you're within the standard 30-day return window, that replacement would likely be made at no charge to you.  Otherwise, you would be be responsible for those costs yourself.  However, I would still recommend taking the damaged Ear Hat along with you when you visit Magic Kingdom and explaining the situation to a Cast Member at the Chapeau Hat Shoppe.  You never know...maybe they can work a little magic for you.  It never hurts to ask!

If you have any other questions, please visit us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel again.  We're all ears!
