chEARs Philippa!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Resort is all about location, location, location! You are a Stormtrooper's walk away from Disney's Hollywood Studios and five minutes in the other direction is Epcot's International Gateway. When we stay at
Disney's Beach Club Villas, one of our favorite things to do after a day in the Parks is to head back to the
Resort for a break and then walk to the World Showcase for dinner.
My husband is British, and my in-laws are arriving from Edinburgh in just a few days. They asked this exact question a few days ago, and guess what? The answer is still
YES; you can exchange traveler's cheques at the
Front Desk of your Resort or the
Lobby Concierge. The cheques need to be in US dollars and make sure to bring a photo ID when you cash them.
Walt Disney World also accepts other
forms of payment, including:
-Visa
-MasterCard
-American Express
-Discover Card
-
Disney Rewards Dollars-
Disney Gift CardsOf all of these, I think Disney Gift Cards are the easiest to use. You can use them at all retail locations across the property, and they do not expire. You can put up to $1000 on each, and there are no transaction fees.
Best of luck on your Magical vacation!
