Last time we were at WDW was 2003. When the Magic Kingdom opened there was a great park opening show with Mickey and Minnie and many other characters coming in on the train. Do they still do this? Do all 4 parks do this? It was a great start to our day!

Yes, they still have the opening show you describe at the Magic Kingdom, and they also have opening shows at the other three parks. My favorite is the one at the Magic Kingdom, but all of them are worth seeing (and I won't spoil the surprise by describing them here).I completely agree that they provide a great start to the day. They also provide a little added incentive to wake up in time to experience the park early in the day, which is my favorite time to be in the parks. Please be aware that the show is performed at the regular opening time -- not the Extra Magic Hour opening time, if there is one. ºoº

Yes, they still have the opening show you describe at the Magic Kingdom, and they also have opening shows at the other three parks. My favorite is the one at the Magic Kingdom, but all of them are worth seeing (and I won't spoil the surprise by describing them here).

I completely agree that they provide a great start to the day. They also provide a little added incentive to wake up in time to experience the park early in the day, which is my favorite time to be in the parks.
