Last time I visited WDW, it was an option to use your "Key to the World" card as a credit card. Is this still an option? If so, will Disney send me a bill after our trip or do we pay in full when checking out of the hotel?

When you check into your WDW resort hotel, you will be asked if you would like to add charging privileges to your Key to the World Card (room key). If you would like to do this, you will be asked to leave an imprint of a valid credit card on file, or you can leave cash or some forms of debit card if you prefer.

With charging privileges, you can use your room key like a credit card in the parks. You will be given a printout of all Key to the World Charges in a statement at the end of your trip. At this time, your credit card will be charged for all of your purchases. You will not receive a bill later in the mail.

Using your Key to the World Card is not much different than using your own credit card except that you do can get a running total of all your vacation expenses this way, which may make keeping track of your purchases easier.
