Juan from Puerto Rico Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Last night I buy for error a Disneyland California tickets and I am going to Magic Kingdom Orlando. How can you help me please.

    ¡Hola Juan!

Welcome to planDisney! I am happy to hear that you are planning a trip to the Disney Parks. Whether it be on the West Coast, at the Disneyland Resort, or on the East Coast, at the Walt Disney World Resort, your family is guaranteed to have a blast!

Juan, I am so sorry that you purchased tickets to Disneyland instead of to Walt Disney World.  Typically, tickets purchased for Walt Disney World and Disneyland are non-transferable and non-refundable. My suggestion to you is to speak with a Cast Member at Guest Services to explain the situation. It is possible that they can help you change the tickets you purchased for Disneyland to tickets for Walt Disney World. Bear in mind, that pricing for Walt Disney World tickets varies depending on the season as well as park availability. Be sure to consult the Disney Parks Pass availability calendar for Walt Disney World prior to booking your travel dates and tickets to ensure that the parks are accessible during that time.

Juan, you can reach out to us at planDisney en español to ask us questions about Disney vacation planning in Spanish!
