    Hi Melissa,

    I love that you will be heading to the Walt Disney World Resort in January for a vacation! Just check the weather before you arrive as the temperatures can fluctuate quite a bit.

    If you do not want to go back to a park or your companions do not want to use a ticket for a few hours, head to Downtown Disney. Here you can go shopping, watch a movie or bowl. Also, if you have Magic Your Way tickets with Water Park Fun & More Option, you can visit DisneyQuest at Downtown Disney or go miniature golfing at one of the courses on property.

    If you do want to go back into a park, then Magic Kingdom or Epcot are easy to get to via the monorail. 

    Fort Wilderness also has evening activities which are fun.

    Finally, you could also head to Polynesian and view the fireworks from the beach or take part in any of the activities this resort has to offer.
