    We are going last minute to Disney in 9 days and staying at the Poly. I haven't signed up for any dining plans or made any reservations. There are 2 adults/3 children 12,9,6. Can we just wing it when we get there or is there something we should try to do?

    You certainly can wing it at that time of year, and will find that many of the restaurants may still have opening available. Be prepared, however, for the occasional restaurant that you simply can't get into. But if you have some you know you really want to try out, call now and see if you can get a reservation. It never hurts, and will be nice to have a few reservations to rely on.

    And don't think you can't call once you get there! Put the dining reservation phone number in your cell phone, and call ahead to see if you can get a table somewhere as you are walking a park. 407-939-3463, or 407-WDW-DINE.

    As for the dining plan, you are probably too late to get that made, but you can always call your travel agent, or Disney if you booked the plans directly, to see if you can still add it. It is not essential, but with the right plan can be a real money-saver!

    If I can help with some last minute suggestions, just tell me where and when you will be somewhere, and what cuisine likes/dislikes you may have!
