    We were last in Disney Jan of 2014. Will our magic bands from that visit still work in Jan 2016 for our one day visit (not staying at a resort)? Is there a way to check to make sure? And, if not, is there a place to purchase new ones at WDW?

    Hi Jennifer!

    Great name by the way.   Yes, your MagicBands should still work if they are currently active in your My Disney Experience account.   You are more than welcome to reuse them on your next unforgettable visit.   I have used my very first MagicBand for about 2 years now and it was still working on last trip just a about a month ago.    If for some reason your MagicBand does not work when you arrive many locations throughout Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and even the Orlando International airport sell them.    The Disney Store online also sells MagicBands and you can have them shipped to your home before you depart on your magical adventure.   Once they arrive you can link them to your My Disney Experience account in just a few short minutes. Isn't that great?
