On our last day, we want to go for a nice breakfast or lunch, but won't have any theme park tickets left. We're staying at the caribbean Beach Resort. Any suggestion for a table service meal, something with characters will be preferred.

Hi, Jessica!  There are a couple of options for you outside of the theme parks if you want a character breakfast.  One of the most popular is Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort.  A buffet featuring Chef Mickey and his friends, this is a lively meal, a nice variety of food, and fun for all ages.

One of my favorites is the Cape May Character Breakfast at the Beach Club.  I love the atmosphere here - very light and, well, beachy feeling.  The characters here usually include Goofy and Minnie among others, all in beach attire.  This is also a buffet, and you'll find most of your breakfast favorites here.

Another great character breakfast is the 'Ohana breakfast at the Polynesian.  This breakfast usually features Lilo and Stitch, and is served family style, but is still all you care to eat.  They will bring you a platter of things like eggs, potatoes, sausages, and delicious breads, and you can ask them to bring you more of whatever you want.  There is typically a fun character parade for kids to participate in as well.

I always suggest you book character meals as far in advance as you can to avoid disappointment.  The meals do tend to book quickly, as they are quite popular.  You can make an advanced dining reservation by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
