Skylar from AL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

A large group of us are going to Disney with a high school band, I would like to change one of the Magic Kingdom days to an Epcot day. I have the seven tickets I am trying to change, but they are not linked to my account. How do I do this?

    Hiya, Skylar! Welcome to planDisney!

Can you believe that you're going to be headed to Walt Disney World Resort in only a few days?! I bet you're feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight! Skylar, it sounds like you're trying to modify the Theme Park Reservation you made with the Disney Park Pass system for your travel party, but you're not currently able to see their theme park tickets. Hakuna Matata! No worries! I'd love to help you put the finishing touches on your magical vacation.

First, you'll want to make sure that all the Guests in your travel party are linked with you through your Family & Friends List. To do this, log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. Scroll down and click Add a Guest, then choose how you'd like to add the Guest. Personally, I've had the best experience when choosing, "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation." Continue these steps to add all Guests in your travel party to your Family & Friends List!

Once you've connected with all of your Guests, you'll be able to take the next step to book a Theme Park Reservation for EPCOT. To do this, you will need to cancel your current reservation, then book a new reservation for EPCOT. Skylar, please take a close look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar prior to doing this! I wouldn't want you to cancel your first reservation, then not be able to get a new reservation. When you're ready to cancel your first reservation, log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down until you see your Theme Park Reservation you'd like to cancel, then click View Details on the right. Follow the prompts to cancel your reservation.

If you feel more comfortable speaking with a person directly to make this change, my best piece of advice would be to call a Cast Member. Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who try to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on our situation. If you do decide to call, I have two tips for you. First, try calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST. Second, have a little extra patience! Cast Members work hard to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER! I'm sure a friendly voice and extra kindness will be warmly welcomed.

Before you arrive, take some time to download and explore everything that the My Disney Experience app has to offer! You'll be able to view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and even mobile order food. As a girl who often has a rumbly in her tumbly, I love knowing my meals and snacks will be ready for me right when I need them.

I hope I was able to help you with your question today, Skylar! If anything else pops up, please visit us again. Remember - you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
