Large group of 14. 7 days w/DDP. I am making all ADR's. When giving your credit card for res I understand that some restaurants charge it at that time. Some use the # to hold it and charge fee if no show? Which rests charge it, I don't want a huge bill

Hi, Kris!  As someone who usually books the advanced dining reservations for our larger family trips, it can fill up a credit card pretty quickly!

There are only a handful of dining experiences that will charge your credit card in full for dining reservations.  This list is subject to change, but as of now, it is Cinderella's Royal Table, the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue, the Spirit of Aloha luau, and Mickey's Backyard BBQ.  There is another list of restaurants that will ask for your credit card number to guarantee your reservation, but you will not be charged unless you fail to cancel or show up to your reservation.

I hope that makes planning your dining reservations a little bit easier.  If you do decide to use the dining plan for any meals that you have prepaid, your credit card is refunded the full amount and the credits taken from the dining plan.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
