Ahoy, Kayla! I am so glad you navigated your way to planDisney to ask your questions.
It sounds like your family had quite a trip! I love a land and sea vacation, where you get the best of BOTH Disney worlds! After a few busy days in the Walt Disney World theme parks, it is a nice change to get onto the Disney Cruise ship and have some time to relax and take it easy.
Your Walt Disney World itemized receipt should have been sent to the e-mail that you have on your
MyDisneyExperience account. If you used an official Disney Vacation Planner, there is a possibility that it was sent to their e-mail, and they can forward it to you. As far as your Disney Cruise Line receipt, you should have been able to see your charges as they occurred on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigtor App. If you are still questioning those charges, you can contact Disney Cruise Line directly at the
number here and they can request for your cruise folio to be sent to your e-mail.
As far as what you paid prior to your vacation, you should have e-mails from Disney Destinations and Disney Cruise Line that show those charges that were sent when booking your vacation.
I hope you had a wonderful time sailing with Captain Mickey and visiting the Disney theme parks. Please visit us here at planDisney again with other questions you might have.
Happy Traveling,
Tracy
