Ahoy, Michael!
How WONDERful to hEAR that you've selected Disney Cruise Line for your first enchanted voyage on the high seas! You'll love the feel and size of the classic vessel and ALL the
delicious dining options you'll savor while onboard.
Cabanas offers a variety of food stations for breakfast and lunch in a casual, nautical-themed venue. All the appetizing food choices here are included in your cruise fare! The flow is easy to follow, and you'll find just about anything you want to eat when you visit. Dinnertime does offer a more informal sit-down option than the main dining rooms. Room service is also complimentary and available to order 24 hours per day. There are a few items on this menu that may come with a charge if ordered, but it will be clearly marked. (The menu is in the Disney Cruise Line book in the desk/vanity drawer.) In-room snacks such as M&Ms, buttered popcorn, salted nuts are not included along with soft drinks and other specialty beverages. We normally take advantage of room service, so I do like to bring along a stash of small bills to tip the room service attendants.
Michael, I'm excited you've selected to enjoy a romantic meal at Palo on your sailing. If you can, schedule your reservation around sunset. The windows span from the floor to the ceiling, so you can't beat the stunning views from Deck 10. The current charge of $30.00 per person does cover your meal and non-alcoholic beverages, and you are welcome to order multiple appetizers, entrees and desserts for that fee. Palo does offer an optional chef's menu for an additional charge per person that includes six courses along with a different wine pairing for each course. Pricing is always subject to change, but this runs around $60.00 per person in addition to the charge I mentioned above. Tipping is additional and at your discretion.
Buon appetito!
Nancy
