Hi ladies, I will travel to disney for my daughters 6th birthday this year june 19th-23rd. I have no clue what to do. Im taking 4 kids total ages 1-9 and im wondering what parks are the best?

Hello, Kayla! Your little princess must be getting so excited about her upcoming birthday celebration at Walt Disney World! I cannot think of a better place to celebrate than by spending a day (or two!) at Magic Kingdom Park. Your entire family will be able to enjoy most of the attractions together at this magical theme park, and with such a huge variety of rides, parades, character greetings and more, you will certainly have more than enough to keep all of the children entertained.

Each of the theme parks has unique attractions that will appeal to different ages and interests. I think Magic Kingdom Park is the best all around for families because so much can be enjoyed by everyone in the family. My second recommendation would be a visit to Epcot. My family and I enjoy learning about the cultures represented in World Showcase (as well as visiting with some of the Disney Princesses in their own "lands!") but it's also really fun to explore all of the neat rides and attractions in the Future World section. Two of our favorites are Soarin' and Spaceship Earth.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is great for animal lovers. Your children can take a walk on the wild side while learning about exotic animals and their habitats, as well as conservation efforts. Make sure they participate in the Wilderness Explorers activity -- it's really fun!

Disney's Hollywood Studios is also a lot of fun, but it does not have many rides that all of the children can enjoy together. That said, your children are sure to enjoy Disney Jr - Live on Stage!, Toy Story Midway Mania!, and even a visit to The Magic of Disney Animation, where they can learn to draw favorite Disney Characters from a real animator.

I'm sure that you and your family will have an amazing time at Walt Disney World, Kayla. If you have any additional questions that we can help you with, please do not hesitate to stop back by the Moms Panel. Happy planning!
