Hello Ladies, Can we use a snack credit to buy just a dessert at a table service restaurant. We'd like to experience the setting of the coral reef or california grill w/o using the full table credit. Can an ADR be made for just dessert?

    Hi Brittany!

We love the magical variety of dining experiences throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, and Coral Reef Restaurant and California Grill are both fantastic dining options!  At Coral Reef Restaurant, you will get to see gorgeous views of a living coral reef, and you may even catch a glimpse of Mickey Mouse scuba diving to see his underwater friends!  At California Grill, you will have a fantastic view of Magic Kingdom Park, and if you time it right, you may even get to see the fireworks over Cinderella Castle!

Although you can make an advanced dining reservation for a restaurant and only order dessert, I have a feeling that once you see the menus at any of these pixie-dusted locations, you won't want to just order dessert!  Plus, when you dine at any of the Table-Service dining locations using one of the Dining Plans, you would be required to use Table-Service Dining Entitlements to pay for your food, even if you just wanted to enjoy one of the scrumptious desserts.  Unfortunately, you would not be able to use a Snack Entitlement at a Table-Service dining location.  That being said, if you want to save your Table-Service Dining Entitlements, you can just let your server know that you would like to pay out of pocket for your food.  That way, you will not have to use any Dining Entitlements to enjoy your delectable dessert!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
