Hello Ladies, I have two boys 8 and 4, and I need help planning our vacation, were going to the magic kingdom for 2 days and I want activities to do with them besides just the rides. I don't mind the money cost and really don't mind free ones as well. :)

Hi Ashley! I have two boys myself, and I've found lots of magical ways to make vacations unforgettable for my little princes.  I hope your boys are ready to have the BEST DAYS EVER at Magic Kingdom, because there are so many fun activities they can participate in.

On each trip we take to Walt Disney World my family loves to make a visit to The Pirates League.  Veteran pirates will help transform your young scallywags into the newest members of Captain Jack's Crew.  If your 4 year-old is a Disney Junior lover,  he will even be able to choose a Jake and the Never Land Pirates Package.  My 4 year-old loved his transformation and pretended he was on a mission to find Captain Hook all day long.   Reservations for The Pirates League can be made up to 180 days in advance of your trip by calling (407) WDW-STYLE, or (407) 939-7895.

After a pirate transformation why not check out A Pirate's Adventure~Treasures of the Seven Seas.  This interactive treasure hunt will have your boys exploring Adventureland, trying to earn a spot on Captain Jack's crew.   The game is absolutely free of charge, and you can complete it at your own pace throughout the day.  The sign up booth for this treasure raid is in The Crow's Nest inside of Adventureland.

I have lots of other fun ideas for your boys Ashley, but I am running out of space.  If you have any further questions or would like some additional activities please let me know, I love to help fellow Disney-loving moms!

    Have a Disney Day,

    ~Jen
