Hi Ladies! We are traveling on the 3-night Bahamas Disney Dream soon. Is it better to have main dining or late dining? What night shows is the Dream having this Spring? Would we miss the pirate show if we have late dining?

Welcome aboard, Leocadio! With just a month left until you set sail on the beautiful Disney Dream, your family must be counting down the days! There is truly something for everyone onboard, and dining is one of the best parts of sailing with Disney!

I'm not sure it's better overall to have the Main Dining seating or the Second Seating, Leocadio. Many guests prefer eating earlier, so the Main Dining does fill up quickly. However, my family and I have come to love the Second Seating better for a few reasons. We have more time to relax, nap, and just get ready for the evening after a long, fun day onboard or in the ports of call. Instead of rushing to get ready for dinner, we can relax and unwind, grab a snack, and make our way to the first of the Broadway style shows that night. Then, we have more time after the show to get ourselves all ready for dinner. We also enjoy the Second Seating because at that seating only, counselors from the clubs come around to the restaurants about an hour into the seating to collect kids who would like to go play in the clubs, leaving the parents to finish their meals alone and catch up. It's the best of both worlds!

You won't miss a show or Pirate Night no matter which seating you have, since there are two performances of the show each night, one early and one later. Just attend the one opposite your meal time. And Pirate Night includes a deck party between the dinner seatings and the fireworks after the Second Seating. Everyone will have a chance to enjoy it all, Leocadio! So, pack your pirate gear and get ready for a swashbuckling adventure! The Broadway-style shows on the Dream include The Golden Mickeys, Beauty and the Beast, and Disney's Believe. They're all top notch!

    Enjoy every magical moment!
