    We have La Nouba tickets and I was hoping to take our girls (8,6,4) to Akerhaus Royal Banquet afterwards. Q's: 1) I can get an 8.10pm ADR, assuming La Nouba ends at 7.30pm will we be able to get there (taxi? car?) and 2) Am I trying to fit too much in?!

    Hi Rebecca! I love squeezing lots of fun activities onto my Disney vacation itinerary, but I'm out of breath just thinking of the mad sprint your family would have to do through Epcot to try to make it to Akershus in time for that reservation! Have you ever seen the show, The Amazing Race? It would be kind of like that. You'd definitely have to take a taxi to Epcot because buses don't run directly between Downtown Disney and the parks, and you wouldn't have time to take a bus to one of the resort hotels and then transfer to transportation heading to Epcot. Once you arrive at Epcot, you'll need 20 minutes (maybe more if the park's crowded or you walk slowly) to proceed through the ticket turnstiles and bag inspection and then to walk to Norway where Akershus is located. Although it's possible you could make it to Akershus by 8:10, the trip could be rushed and stressful. Can you get a reservation for a slightly later time to give yourself a little breathing room? Generally Akershus accepts reservations until 8:35 p.m. so I recommend you try for one of the last reservation slots so you'll have a few more minutes to get there. You're definitely not trying to fit too much in -- you're planning a super fun trip! Just give yourself a little more time to get from one event to another so you're not frantically rushing.
