squeaking with delight that the grand opening of
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT is almost here! Opening October 1st to kick off
The World’s Most Magical Celebration, everyone’s favorite little chef will have his very own attraction at EPCOT, and I cannot wait to experience it. Along with this adorable attraction, Guests will find a brand new section of the already stunning France pavilion! Imagineers have truly outdone themselves as their work transports us into the magic of “The City of Lights.”
Bob, like you, I am elated to hEAR La Crêperie de Paris is opening alongside the attraction. I’m sure we’ll work up an appetite as we take a ride through Gusteau’s famous restaurant and will need to feast on delicious offerings! The Brittany region of France inspires the traditional crêperie menu, and I cannot wait to try everything.
In my experience, no one caters to different types of allergies like Walt Disney World Resort, and I’m happy to tell you the menu of La Crêperie de Paris has savory buckwheat galettes, which are naturally gluten-friendly!
I was recently reading the
Disney Parks Blog article, which gives us a
squeak peek at the menu and states:
“The galettes will be cooked at a high temperature, allowing the outside to become crispy and crunchy, surrounding an irresistible array of fillings. The gluten-friendly savory galettes will be made with buckwheat imported exclusively from France and will feature classic fillings with some unique twists.”
Isn’t that
rat-ical news? Sorry, that was
