    Hello, again, Kelsey! Well, I've learned something new today! I had to do some research, but I finally got the NEW toll-free phone number to the Walt Disney World Mail Order Merchandise Guest Services.  You can reach them at 877-560-6477 Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.Eastern Standard Time.  I'm sorry I didn't know about this change.  I tried this one and it is valid.  I hope you are able to get a new Tinkerbell cup soon!  Sending pixie dust your way!
