hello Krista, we will be staying at the Grand Floridain for our 40th wedding celebration Nov 19-20 Is there anything about this hotel that could make our stay more special.. for us?? Thanks for your help... Already considering a vow renewal..

Hi, Dorothy! Congratulations on both your 40th anniversary and your trip! The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is a very special place.  It is the flagship resort for the Walt Disney World Resort complex.  The grandeur of this Victorian-style hotel is amazing enough, but you should know it is also world-famous for its fine dining and spa experiences.  I don't know your budget, but you can do simple things like watching the Magic Kingdom's fireworks (Wishes Nighttime Spectacular) from the beach. The hotel itself is an architectural beauty to behold.

If your budget allows, try some of the massage and spa treatments that are available.  There are full-day, half-day, individual, couple, or even in-room services.  You can find out more about them here.

If you are foodies, you can have the ultimate dining experience right in your resort.  Victoria and Albert's is a AAA-rated FIVE diamond restaurant.  It is the premiere dining experience at Walt Disney World.  This seven-course meal is presented by a maid and butler "team service" that is incomparable.  I had the privilege of dining here in December and find words do not do the experience justice.  You can check it out here.
