Hi, Angela! This is a really great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us! While the pixie dust is strong at Walt Disney World Resort, I still need a good cup of coffee in the morning to get me going! I keep a list handy of the different types of coffee makers found in the guest rooms at Resort hotels so I know which kind of coffee to bring. The ones found at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort, including the Family Suites, are Cuisinart brand 2-cup coffee makers with side-by-side brewers that each brew a single cup of coffee. This magical energy maker uses flat-style coffee pods. Mousekeeping will provide you caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee pods daily, as well as a few tea bags and packets that contain creamer, sugar, sugar substitute, and stirrers. If you find that you need a bit more each day, just give Mousekeeping a ring from your in-room phone.
Mousekeeping will also provide you with disposable dishes, bowls, utensils, and cups in your kitchenette area. My family prefers to eat breakfast in the room each day, so these come in handy! There is a small refrigerator in the kitchenette for storing any perishables you may have, as well as a microwave for heating it all up. I have a quick tip to share with you; actually, it is a tip from my daughters! They love the huge Warm Cinnamon Rolls found at
Gaston's Tavern in Magic Kingdom Park. I stop by there in the evening to pick up a few, which they can place on lidded plates, and I heat them back up in the morning with that in-room microwave. They make for quite a pixie-dusted start to our day!
Thanks so much for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
