I know you can turn your park tickets into an AP and pay the difference. Can you still do this if you take advantage of the free dining offer? We will have 3 adults in the room but only 1 wants to upgrade to an AP. Thanks!!!

    Hello Heather!

Welcome back!  We are thrilled you stopped by once again to ask a Walt Disney World vacation planning question.  I hope you are having a blast planning your upcoming trip.

Four years ago I also upgraded a ticket I had purchased in a package to an Annual Pass and it has been one of the best investments.   I not only get to enjoy 365 days of Theme Park entries but also receive wonderful discounts on food, merchandise and even Disney Resort hotel stays.   I love my Annual Pass and hope you will as well.  In order to upgrade your ticket you will need to have at least one full day of admission left on it.   For example if you have a 5 day ticket you would need to upgrade before you enter the park for the fifth day of fun.   You can upgrade at any ticket window or Guest Relations.   Heather, you will be responsible for the difference in price between the ticket you hold and the Annual Pass.

I hope this has helped you out.   Please stop by again with any other questions you may have.  It's always a pleasure to help out a fellow Guest.
