I would like to know what time I can book a reservation for Mickey's breakfast. I know it is 60 days in advance but everyday seem to be booked. Do the reservations open at midnight on my 60th day? This is the only thing my child wants.

    Hey there, Virginia!

A visit to Chef Mickey's is an absolute must for our family. My little ones love to twirl their napkins in time to the music while Mickey & Pals promenade through the restaurant.

Advance dining reservations for Chef Mickey's do go fast, but I can help you snag one. 60 days in advance of the date that you wish to dine, log into your My Disney Experience Account at 5:45 am Eastern time. Reservations will be released between 5:45 am and 6:00 am. If you are staying in the Disney Resorts Collection, you will be able to make reservations for your entire stay 60 days before your check-in date.

Now, Virginia do not panic if you do not get a reservation. Keep checking! People change plans all the time, and when they do, the reservations are released back into the system.

I have actually snagged several reservations a few days before the date we wish to dine, or even the night before!

If you want to have a backup dining plan, try to get a reservation at the Garden Grill Restaurant in EPCOT or at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios. These reservations are usually a little easier to get than Chef Mickey's and just as fun!

I hope that this helped, Virginia! Please come back here if we can help you decide where to play, stay, or dine at Walt Disney World Resort.

    See you real soon!
