    How do I know if my ticket purchase went on my magicband

    Welcome to planDisney, Dinah! We are so glad you found us to ask your Walt Disney World vacation planning question. 

    You can link your tickets onto your MyDisneyExperience either on the website or on the mobile app. To do this on a computer, simply pull up the MyDisneyExperience page and scroll down until you see “Dinah’s Plans and Tickets”. Under that, hover over the “Park Tickets” and then click on the blue “Link Ticket” button. You will then be taken to a page with a box to enter your confirmation number or Ticket ID. This should link your ticket into your MyDisneyExperience. Once you have done this on either the computer or the app, it is interchangeable and will show in both places. 

    If you prefer to use the mobile app, open the app on your device. Then, click on the 3 lines in the lower right corner. Click on “Tickets and Passes” in the left column and then “Link Tickets & Passes” in the upper right corner. Then, you can enter your confirmation number or ID code. 

    When you arrive for your December vacation, be sure to check out all the 50th Anniversary happenings around Walt Disney World. I love seeing all the holiday decorations in early December. The giant Gingerbread House at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is one of my favorites to visit.
