How do I know for sure I have a reservation?

    Hiya Teresa!

Welcome! It’s a delight you stopped by planDisney with your question for us today.

It looks like you’ll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth so very soon and that’s definitely something to chEAR about! I hope you’re ready to try all the delicious Mickey-shaped snacks, and believe me, there are many. Like I always say, all food tastes even better when it’s Mickey-shaped!

Teresa, if you’d like to view any of your reservations, you can log into your My Disney Experience account. If you’re on your desktop, you’ll want to hover over the My Disney Experience icon on the top right corner and click on “My Plans.” If you’re on the My Disney Experience Mobile app, you will click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right of the screen, and then “My Plans.” Under the My Plans tab, you’ll be able to see your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, any Disney Park Pass reservations you’ve made for each day, as well as your dining reservations.

Of course, if you’re having any trouble with this you can contact a Cast Member through the Chat function on the Walt Disney World Resort website or call the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765, as well.

I hope you have an enchanting time, Teresa!
