i know this might be a stupid question but just checking My family are returning on oct 2 to the 6th and we have the deluxe dining plan 2 adults and 1 child that is 9 Does that mean we have a total of 36 meals and 24 snacks?? thanks

    Hi Christopher,

There are no stupid questions when it comes to Disney trip planning. We love them all.

If I'm reading your question correctly, it looks like you'll be staying at WDW for five nights (Oct 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6). Disney Dining Plan credits are allocated based on the number of nights of your visit. With the Deluxe Dining Plan, you get three meals (table or counter service, your choice) and two snacks per person, per night of your package stay.

This means that for a stay of five nights, each person will get 15 (5x3) meals and 10 (5x2) snacks. Multiply that by the three people in your party and you're going to end up with 45 meals and 30 snacks. Bear in mind that the child (under age 9) will be required to order from the children's menu where one is available.

    Happy eating!
