Do you know of any sites that I would be able to find calories, fat and fiber for the food served at WDW (parks, hotels etc)?

Hi there, B!  As someone who has for years been on a diet, gone to the theme parks as a diabetic, and rediscovered Disney World Dining following gastric bypass surgery, I know how important having this information can be for you.

Unfortunately, there is not a lot of good information I can give you with regard to nutritional information at Walt Disney World.  Because the restaurants and resorts are constantly changing menus, Walt Disney World does not maintain an accurate database of nutritional statistics.  You can, however, do some Google searches to find out the estimates other people have calculated.  For example, the famous DoleWhip is made by a company called Precision Foods, and if you Google them, you will find the mix used to make the DoleWhips, which gives you nutritional information on the product.

The chefs at Walt Disney World are Amazing when it comes to working with you on dietary restrictions.  If you need something cooked with less fat or without sugar, they will make it their mission to see to it that you are presented with a meal that fits your dietary needs as closely as possible.  I've even had one chef prepare me a seafood and pasta dish without pasta, which I don't eat after my gastric bypass!

Arm yourself before you go with as much knowledge as you can - like what a "portion" really is - and use that knowledge to make the best food choices that you can.
