    Hello I would like to know if Raya is a seasonal character or I can find her all year round 2025 in my next vacation with you to Disneyland as I hope to meet her

    Thank you for submitting your question to planDisney. We here on the Panel are always delighted to help guests like you prepare for your next magical visit.

    Unfortunately, as Raya is a rare character, she does not regularly appear at the Disneyland Resort during the year. Currently, she is not scheduled to visit Disney California Adventure during this year’s Lunar New Year Festival. Details about the festival, honoring the Year of the Snake, have been shared on the Disneyland website and a Foodie Guide has recently been posted on the Disney Parks Blog. I highly recommend checking out both resources to make the most of everything the Lunar New Year Festival has to offer!

    While Raya is not currently scheduled, other Disney Friends will be making special appearances during the Lunar New Festival! Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be greeting guests, dressed in their vibrant new Korean attire. Additionally, friends from Turning Red will join the festivities, dressed in outfits celebrating Lunar New Year. Finally, Mulan and Mushu will also be there, bringing their iconic charm to the Festival.

    If you are hoping to see as many characters as possible during the Lunar New Year Festival, I would suggest catching Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession! This exciting procession features Mulan, Mushu, and other Disney pals marching to honor the potential for a fortune-filled new year. My favorite spot to watch the procession is at Paradise Gardens Park, where you can enjoy the march while savoring delicious bites from the nearby food booths.

    For the most up-to-date information on character appearances at Disney California Adventure, I highly recommend downloading the Disneyland app! Using the The Characters tab within the app, you can see which characters are available, where to find them, and what times they’ll be out and about. In fact, the Character tab will not only show you where to find your Disney pal but what time of day you can meet them! This tool ensures you won’t miss meeting your favorite Disney pals during your visit.
