hi there. I know I have to put a two hundred dollar deposit down and pay the remainder 45 days prior to arrival but need to know if there are any deposits or credit card holds that would be applied to credit card after arrival at the resort to budget for

    Hi Patricia,

Disney does not put any holds on your credit or debit card prior to checking out of the resort. You will need to have a credit card on file and it will be used only to charge anything placed on your Key to the World card or room key.

You can request not have charging priviliges placed on to your Key to the Room card. I personally like having this option as it allows me to travel with less items into the parks while touring.

You can always pay your balance the night prior to check out by cash or other payment method so it does not go on your credit card.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
