I know you can purchase tickets for children for the Fireworks Dessert Cruise however, is this something a 4-5 yr old would enjoy or would it be better to wait until they are a bit older? We want them to enjoy it to the fullest.

    Hi, Carrie!
Thanks for dropping by to ask a question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I had a chance to enjoy a ride on Ferrytale Wishes: A Fireworks Dessert Cruise last year. There was a fun hidden Mickey experience to keep kids busy while everyone enjoyed desserts and drinks. (There are drinks for adults and anyone under 21 years old.) There isn't a lot of seating on the ferry. But there are benches in a few spots. I stood upstairs in the upper right-hand side at a standing table. The view of the fireworks and Magic Kingdom Park at night was beautiful. We also enjoyed a PhotoPass photographer throughout the night to capture memories.

If you have a curious child who likes yummy treats, views from the water and enjoys a challenge to hunt for hidden Mickey shapes, then I think you'll have a wonderful time.

I know you'll have an unforgettable vacation! Please drop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel any time. I'll be here to help answer your questions!
